You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your 77ad account. 77ad will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your password confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 77ad support immediately. 77ad recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor authentication options.
Your 77ad account balance is held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 77ad does not pay interest on account balances. Balances that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee as outlined in the fee schedule available from 77ad support.
77ad accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods only. All deposits are processed in PKR with no conversion fees:
The minimum deposit on 77ad is Rs 100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, although 77ad reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks for large deposits. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash typically reflect in your 77ad balance within 30 seconds. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank's processing schedule.
You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are not permitted and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account reviewed. This policy exists to protect players against fraud and to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
To be eligible for your first withdrawal from 77ad, your account must be fully verified (KYC complete — see Section 8). Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw. 77ad strongly recommends completing verification as soon as possible after registration to avoid any delay when you are ready to withdraw.

77ad reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal where: (a) the account has not completed KYC verification; (b) the withdrawal amount includes bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements; (c) there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or terms violation; (d) the account is subject to a pending investigation. In such cases 77ad will notify the player and request any additional documentation needed to release the payment.
All bonuses offered by 77ad — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, tournament prizes, and VIP Club cashback — are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific promotion) must be wagered before any winnings can be withdrawn. Each promotion's specific terms are published alongside the offer and form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.
The 77ad welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. The bonus is credited automatically to your account upon qualifying deposit. The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 30× the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Failure to complete wagering within this period will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being removed from the account.
77ad reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using a betting strategy specifically designed to exploit bonus terms (such as low-risk hedging strategies during wagering); or colluding with other players to accumulate bonus value. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended.
77ad reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are available to eligible players only and 77ad may restrict promotion access based on account history, location, or playing patterns at its sole discretion.

Digital game results on 77ad are determined by certified cryptographic Random Number Generators. Live dealer game results are determined by physical outcomes — real cards, real wheels, real dice — captured on camera. 77ad does not manipulate game outcomes. Published RTP figures reflect independently verified return data from real play.
In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or disconnection that affects the outcome of a game round, 77ad reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's balance. 77ad is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including internet service interruptions on the player's side.
Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is a mandatory requirement for all 77ad accounts before the first withdrawal is processed. 77ad may also require KYC documentation at any other point if there are reasonable grounds related to account security or regulatory compliance.
KYC documents submitted to 77ad are reviewed within 24–48 hours on business days. Players will be notified by email or SMS upon successful verification or if additional documentation is required. 77ad may request additional information if the submitted documents are unclear or insufficient.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77ad platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.

Nothing on the 77ad platform grants you any licence to reproduce, distribute, display, modify, or create derivative works from any 77ad intellectual property.
The 77ad name, logo, and all associated brand assets are registered or unregistered trademarks of 77ad. Unauthorised use of the 77ad brand in any medium — including social media profiles, third-party websites, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited and will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77ad's total liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the 77ad platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to 77ad in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
77ad is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from: game results; technical failures; delays in payment processing; or account actions taken under these Terms. 77ad is not liable for losses caused by the player's own failure to comply with these Terms, including failures to maintain account security.
Nothing in these Terms limits 77ad's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
You may request closure of your 77ad account at any time by contacting support at support@77ad.im. Your request will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method subject to standard KYC completion. Bonus balances and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
77ad reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, including but not limited to: age violation; duplicate account; fraud; bonus abuse; prohibited conduct; failure to complete KYC when required; or providing false information. Where termination is due to player misconduct, 77ad may forfeit the account balance.
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or game play). Dormant accounts are subject to a monthly maintenance fee deducted from the balance until either the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account by logging in. Players will be notified via the registered contact details before the dormancy fee is applied.
77ad reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 77ad will notify registered players via email or SMS to the contact details held on account, and will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the 77ad platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 77ad recommends bookmarking this page and checking it whenever you see the Last Updated date has changed. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account before the effective date of the change.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable under 77ad's operating licence. In the event of any dispute between a player and 77ad, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through 77ad's internal complaints process, which is handled by the compliance team within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
